How to use BriefCall
From install to your first hint — just a couple of minutes. Here is every step, with illustrations.
Sign in
Create an account with your email — and get 500 free tokens right away, about 30 minutes. Your balance is always visible in the app.
Add context
Create a profile: briefly describe the goal of the call and attach your price list, deck or script — PDF, DOCX or TXT. A separate profile for each client. This way hints rely on your facts, not guesses.

Start the call
Open any calling app — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Telegram — and press “Start” in BriefCall. The app hears only the other person’s audio; your microphone is not recorded.

Get hints
The other person asks — and in about a second, an exact answer appears over your screen, with a translation of the phrase (🌐) and the fact you need (💡). The window is semi-transparent and clicks pass through it.

If they speak a foreign language, a separate window shows subtitles translated into your language in real time — and the ready reply comes in their language.

Screen snapshot
Need to work through what is on screen — a task, a chart, an email? Take a snapshot with ⌘ ⇧ X and the AI answers from it. A short answer costs 60 tokens, with a full solution and explanation — 120.

Lecture mode
For students: turn on lecture mode — BriefCall listens to a class online or in the hall, transcribes it, and at the end builds a structured summary. Nothing is shown over your screen during the lecture. The notes export to PDF.
